Update the responsible user for the universal activity crm.activity.todo.updateResponsibleUser
Scope:
crmWho can execute the method: a user with permission to edit the CRM entity for which the activity is being updated.
The method crm.activity.todo.updateResponsibleUser updates the responsible user for the universal activity.
