Edit Communications of the humanresources.node.communication.edit

humanresourcesWho can execute the method: a user with the "Edit Departments" or "Edit Teams" permission
The method humanresources.node.communication.edit binds, unbinds, or creates a chat, channel, or collab for a department or team.
