Get Message imbot.v2.Chat.Message.get

Scope:
imbotWho can execute the method: owner of the registered bot
The method imbot.v2.Chat.Message.get returns a message by its ID.
Typical use-case: the bot received an event with replyId and wants to read the original message.
The method is available only for supervisor and personal type bots. For more details, see Bot Types.
